This course will introduce you to the new privacy legislation, tackle the online e- insurance world, and get you up to date with the changes in the 2001 Tax codes. We�ll discuss privacy issues such as the Gramm-Leach-Bliley Act as well as enforcement of these new laws. E- Insurance will get you up to speed with a discussion on Internet distribution models. Lastly we�ll complete the session by discussing the changes in qualified plans, estate, and personal planning due to TRA 2001. |
