Ethics/Identify Insurance Fraud

One of our most popular courses; Understanding Ethics/How to identify Insurance Fraud takes a look at how we interact with our clientele, other agents, and our companies. This course uses numerous case studies to bring home many points about ethical principles and how they relate to our everyday activities. We will also address some of the legal issues affecting agents today. Additionally we’ll dive into the topic of the 20 billion dollar per year fraud industry and find ways to identify what is happening in the field. This course is well suited as a general insurance class, which relates to anyone holding a license.

This course fulfills the Ethics requirement for resident producers and resident/non-resident title agents under Act 142 of 2024.
